consultation call
This is a time to connect and share your love story. We base our designs on meaningful moments that reflect your story to create cohesive, aesthetic-driven designs. We'll talk about how you want your guests to feel when they enter the venue and your goals for floral impact. Your wedding flowers are so much more than just another thing on your to-do list, they are the heart of who you and your fiance are.
We include a comprehensive tiered estimate with three investment packages for you to review. There are no hidden fees or surprise costs - we strive to be transparent and clear with our pricing.
mood board + estimate
We'll email a preliminary mood board with the colors and aesthetics discussed on our call. This is to show you that we have deeply understood your vision and offer a framework for how we will create your perfect day.

BOOKING
The invoice is sent via email with all costs listed for transparency. Booking is complete once the contract is signed and the 30% deposit is paid.
contract + deposit
Once you are in love with the mood board and have picked an investment plan, we will send over our contract for you to review and sign. We ask you to read through everything thoroughly and ask any questions you may have! This ensures we are all on the same page and understand each other's expectations.

Congrats! You've just signed up for a stress-free floral experience. We will send a welcome email once the contract and deposit are in order. This email entails the next steps to schedule our Design Call and 2-Month Check-In.
DESIGN
design call
We use this time to review the detailed plan I have crafted for your wedding flowers. We discuss the plans for your bridal bouquet, ceremony flowers, reception tables etc, and make sure everything matches what you have in mind for your day!
two month check-in call
This is a quick 15-minute call two months before your wedding to confirm floral items and discuss any changes that may have happened since the time of booking. We will confirm the timeline for the events of your wedding and answer any questions you may have.
wedding day
My team and I arrive at the venue at the time discussed at the two-month check-in. We do all the setup, design, and clean up for the floral arrangements. Once your wedding day is over, we come back to clear out all the floral pieces so you can go enjoy the rest of your life with your spouse!
